Ms. Roach is a 1992 graduate of WV State University with a BS in Business. Prior to establishing HDS, she had years of experience in practice management and billing, financial operations, marketing and public relations positions in government agencies, rehabilitation facilities and major corporations. She is a Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist through the American Medical Billing Association (AMBA); and a Certified Healthcare Billing and Management Executive through the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA).
She is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of HDS and coordinates all new practice-startup deployments, and provider-staff training.
She is a frequent speaker to medical group associations. Her major accomplishments include 2006 Member of the Year from the American Medical Billing Association; and most recently, she was named one of the "Generation Next: 40 Under 40" by the State Journal for being one of the 40 most influential people under the age of 40 in West Virginia.
