Full contact information for our references will be provided to practices once we have established a possible working relationship. (We used to post the full information here, but less-scrupulous people were trying to cherry-pick our client list!!!) These are actual client success stories which show the broad range of services that we can provide. We have many more success stories. Why not make your practice one of them?
PTWe took over their billing from their prior billing company in June 2004. They had been with this other company since the inception of their practice six years prior. The prior billing company was paid on a “per claim” basis-- the practice paid for the service whether the claim was paid or not. We (and they!) were happy to report increases of over 45% per month in their revenues soonafter we took over. We've now had this practice for over five years. Currently we're on a second-level appeal with Aetna on one of their patients.
PT/OTWe have completed their billing since the practice opened in spring 2003. Our Client is a PT & OT clinic. We have taken several of their patient cases to second-level Medicare appeals; and one to bankruptcy court in order to protect our client’s interest. They appreciate our medical and business consulting input on everything from fee schedules to coding to analyzing their profit and loss statement. Recently we helped them navigate through a practice-ownership change. Our collections rate for this practice in 2008 was 102%.
PT This Tennessee PT clinic found us through the Internet, much like yourself. They called us in a panic because the other billing company they had hired had been unable to collect a dime for them in almost 5 months! Why? They were inexperienced in physical therapy billing, judging by the simple mistakes we were seeing on denied EOBs. Within two weeks, we had their revenue stream started and were able to recover most of the money that had been lost or pended by the other billing company.
PTA group of three PT clinics came on board with us in early 2008. After a couple of months, they were pleased to see that we were able to collect more in total dollars than their prior in-house billing department. We're facilitating their billing and credentialing. We're shepherding them through a contract-review process right now. They have four PTs now, and two more are coming on board. They're planning to open a 4th location this year.
PTOur client called us when the large chain practice he'd worked for for years decided to close that location. Our PT negotiated to buy the location instead, then moved it up the street. We helped him navigate through the credentialing and changeover, and are doing his daily billing. He likes it because everything's online at his fingertips where can monitor the financial health of his practice.
PTWe recently took on an established PT clinic that was struggling after 5 years in business. They were very busy-- swamped, really-- and the PT couldn't figure out where the leaks were. The billing company they'd been using was across the country. Our client felt that he was "small fry" to the big billing company, and that his accounts weren't been worked as much as they should be. We identified an issue with his WV Medicaid that we'd experienced and resolved ourselves nearly a year ago. His old billing company probably didn't have enough WV Medicaid to see it as a trend. We invited him to visit and meet us personally, and he's decided to bring his billing over to us. We're confident that he'll see a huge difference in his revenues.... Note after five months: His accounts receivable are at 39 Days In A/R, a huge improvement over the prior billing company.
We have recently secured contracts for more practices, a couple of which have multiple physicians and locations. Watch for future success stories to be posted here!
