The Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Programs are under the leadership of the President, who is our Senior Director for Compliance and Privacy. The program has been designed keeping in mind such guidelines as the "Compliance Program Guidance for Third-Party Medical Billing Companies" issued by the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services, relevant HIPAA, CMS guidelines and regulations.
