We will ensure you understand BillFlash, its optional features, and all fees. We will also arrange to setup your MediSoft, Altapoint, Lytec or Medical Manager software to run BillFlash Statements.
Decide which options you want. ($) indicates fee for optional service.
BillFlash will print the credit cards you accept, if any, on your statement.
Choose standard Black background or optional Blue Green, or Red ($).
View, print, and fax mailed statements online for 90 days through eVIEW ($).
Receive address updates through FASTforward Address Updating ($).
Fax a signed Schedule A to 435-940-9124.
Complete the online Enrollment Wizard (it takes about 10 minutes). You will need to enter Health Data Solutions' Reseller ID (RS111) during Step 1 of this wizard. You will also be asked for a "Statement File Name and Patch" which simplifies your uploading by pointing you to the folder where your BillFlash file will be located. Enter yourdrive:\billflash\*.*

Health Data and/or BillFlash will setup and test your software. After you have approved the test results you will be asked to sign an Activation Agreement confirming your acceptance of test statement results. Your new BillFlash account should be activated within 3-5 business days.
